The Weihrauch HW98 is a premium break barrel, spring piston powered air rifle, designed for the airgun connoisseur. Superior finish and top class build quality are all synonymous with this renowned German manufacturer, and that means chemical bluing and quality timber are all part of the equation.

Get past the aesthetics, and this high grade springer is all about functionality and performance, which really adds to the appeal. Super smooth to cock, the beefed up action features a heavy barrel sleeve, giving this model great balance and poise. Later revisions have seen the front section of barrel/ sleeve designed as a removable piece, allowing for a silencer to be added, and the result is more versatility than ever.

This model unsurprisingly comes fitted with the proven and world-famous Rekord-trigger,

which is fully adjustable, allowing for sensitive operation and pull release. The specially extended ambidextrous stock is also a key feature, with a long tapered forend, and subtle stippling around the pistol grip and forend. An adjustable cheek section combined with an adjustable rubber butt pad, elevates handling so the user can set up with a perfect head position too. Whilst this excellent rifle is also ambidextrous, meaning it will suit left or right handed shooters equally.
