HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?

Every account registered with us will automatically start earning points on any purchases. If you’ve already signed up to our website and ordered from us in past there is no need to register separately.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN AND WHAT’S THEIR VALUE?

You’ll earn 3 points for every £1 you spend. Keep a look out on our website and email newsletters for any bonus offers for selected products,  you could earn even more points!

You will save £1 for every 100 points; this means each point is equivalent to 3p off your next purchase.

You can spend your points at any time, on any order value regardless of how many points you have saved.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

You will see the option to use your points once you reach the payment/checkout stage of your purchase.

Points you have received for the transaction will be automatically added once the order has been dispatched/delivered.

All unused points expire after 1 year from their date of accumulation. Points cannot be used as the full payment method, only as a discount (up to 50%). Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and do not hold any cash value.

Points are only deductible for online orders, we cannot use your points on phone orders or purchases made in store.
