HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?

Every account registered with us will automatically start earning points on any purchases made through our website. If you’ve already signed up to our website and ordered from us in past there is no need to register separately.

 

HOW MANY POINTS DO I EARN AND WHAT’S THEIR VALUE?

You’ll earn 2 points for every £1 you spend online. Keep a look out on our website and email newsletters for any bonus offers for selected products, you could earn even more points!

You will save £1 for every 100 points; this means each point is equivalent to 2p off your next purchase.

You can spend your points at any time online, on any order value regardless of how many points you have saved.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

You will see the option to use your points once you reach the payment/checkout stage of your online purchase.

Points you have received for the transaction made through the website will be automatically added once the order has been dispatched/delivered.

All unused points expire after 1 year from their date of accumulation. Points cannot be used as the full payment method, only as a discount (up to 50%). Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and do not hold any cash value.

Loyalty points are accumulated and deducted for ONLINE ORDERS ONLY, we cannot add/deduct your points on phone orders or purchases made in store.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM REFUNDED?

If your order is fully or partial refunded, the full or partial points earned will be removed from your account. When redeeming loyalty points, individual discounts are applied to all the items on the order. If an item is to be refunded, the amount refunded will be the item price minus the discount that was applied.
