The Weihrauch HW30 kit is a dedicated package, designed specifically for the junior shooter wishing to handle a rifle, with less of the weight and effort involved. Whilst beefier than the fully scaled down HW30 Junior model, (see HW30 Junior in product listings), this HW30S is still significantly lighter than Weihrauch’s full blown adult rifles.

The kit includes the HW30S rifle, and comes as standard with a 4 x 32 scope and mounts, so the action can start straight away. The barrel is threaded with a 1/2″ UNF thread which means it can accept a silencer if desired, and even has Weihrauch’s world famous Rekord trigger. Power is deliberately set medium to low, which means that the action is slightly easier to cock and manage. However, all the quality and pedigree we’ve come to expect from this famous German manufacturer is designed in. A superior level of build quality, finish, and sheer robustness always sets Weihrauch apart, but the lighter package and specification just makes for a gun that’s easy for youngsters to operate safely.
